GENERAL FAQs
-
Our mission is to equip Christian artists, but we also welcome other positive artists who align with our values and need support. Our faith is a core part of who we are—it naturally influences our approach and the resources we create. While we’ll never impose our beliefs, they will be evident in our work. If you’re okay with that and still interested in working with us, we’d love to connect!
-
As artists ourselves, we understand how quickly music-related costs can add up. That’s why we strive to keep our services as affordable as possible while staying in line with industry standards and providing the most value. The best way to save is through our package deals.
Most of our services have both hourly rates and bundled pricing options. By choosing a package within a specific service, you automatically save 10–15% compared to the hourly rate. On top of that, if you opt for one of our Artist Development packages, you’ll receive an additional 20% off those bundled services. That means you could save up to 35% in some cases by packaging services together.
For example, our Starter Brand Kit costs $295, but here’s what it includes and their individual values:
✔ 1-Hour Video Branding Session – $50 value
✔ 1-Hour Video Content Strategy Session – $50 value
✔ Artist Identity & Story Discovery
✔ Simple Mood Board & Color Theme
✔ Choice of Basic Logo Design or Basic Merch Design – $150 value
✔ Basic EPK (Electronic Press Kit) – $100 value
✔ Next-Step RecommendationsIf purchased separately, these services would cost $350, meaning you save 15% by bundling them in the Starter Brand Kit.
On top of that, this kit is included in our Echo Artist Development Plan—which gives you an additional 20% discount when bundled with other services. That brings the cost of the Starter Brand Kit down to just $236—a total savings of 35%!

We understand that every project and situation is unique. Our packaged deals are designed around common needs we see for artists, worship leaders, and tech directors. However, if none of our pre-made packages fit your specific situation—or if they include services you don’t need—don’t worry!
You’ll still receive the same package discounts when you bundle four or more services together, even across different disciplines. So, if you’re a worship leader seeking both leadership coaching and artist development support, you can mix and match the services that best suit your needs.
During our FREE 30-minute video call, we’ll discuss your goals and tailor a customized quote and contract that makes the most sense for you.
-
Because ensuring we align with your vision and needs is our top priority, we always start with a FREE 30-minute video call to discuss your goals before any payment is made.
After our call, our team will send you a detailed quote and contract within 24 hours for your review and approval. Once the contract is signed, we’ll proceed with payment.
To begin work, we require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. This ensures a fair and transparent process for both parties.
AUDIO FAQs
-
Every song/project is different and comes with its own demands and challenges. We aim to get projects done as quickly and efficiently as we can. Honest expectations will be set during our FREE 30 MIN CALL to discuss your project. I will always do my best to help you reach your deadline, but I’ll always be honest whether its possible or not.
-
As an artist myself, I’ve always held the belief that the artist should retain as much of their royalties as possible, but also believe that anyone who contributes creatively to a project should be compensated fairly.
If I co-write or produce a song with you then I believe royalties should be split fairly between all parties involved, which in this case should be discussed and agreed upon in writing by both parties before work is begun.
However, if all I do is mix, edit or master a track that was already produced and written, I don’t feel that I’m entitled to any of the royalties that come from that song.

WORSHIP TECH FAQs
-
We do not currently offer to install the equipment we recommend, but we have close relations with other AVL companies we can recommend to you for any installation needs.
-
Your role as a Tech Director is more than just managing equipment—it’s a leadership position that directly impacts worship. Every video you create, lighting change you make, and audio adjustment you fine-tune helps lead people into worship. That’s why it’s essential to cultivate a strong personal spiritual foundation, allowing you to lead your team from a place of overflowing faith and purpose.
-
Absolutely! You can reach out to us at contact@storyarccreatives.com and request our current rates for whatever technical position you need help with!
-
Churches should invest in worship tech because it enhances the worship experience, improves communication, and helps engage both in-person and online congregations more effectively. Audio, video, and lighting are powerful tools that remove distractions and create an atmosphere where people can focus on encountering God. Worship tech also ensures clarity in sound, visual excellence, and seamless service flow, allowing worship leaders, pastors, and teams to minister without technical disruptions. In today’s digital age, it also expands a church’s reach through live streaming and online content, helping spread the message beyond the walls of the church.
WORSHIP LEADER FAQs
-
Investing in yourself as a worship leader strengthens both your spiritual foundation and leadership skills, allowing you to lead with confidence, authenticity, and excellence. When you grow in your faith, musical ability, and leadership, you create a healthier team dynamic, improve your ability to disciple others, and ultimately lead your congregation into deeper worship experiences. Your personal growth directly impacts your team and church—so investing in yourself is an investment in your ministry.
-

-
If you have found a different system that works for your team for scheduling and management then that is great! Every church and every team is different, so we take a look at what the needs are for your particular situation before recommending anything.
In our experience PCO is really the only integrated platform for worship service planning that allows you to legally share music, charts and other materials to help your team adequately prepare for you weekend services. But by all means its not the only way you can manage your teams.
-
Every church and worship team is unique, which is why we emphasize that multitracks should enhance worship, not replace key team members. Understanding your team’s strengths, needs, and congregation dynamics is essential in determining whether multitracks are the right fit for your worship experience. Our goal is to help you integrate them in a way that supports and elevates your team’s sound while keeping the heart of live worship at the center.
VIDEO FAQs
-
Depending on the scope of video shots and editing we need to, videos can take between 7-21 days to complete after the video shoot takes place. We will set a realistic expectation during our FREE 30 Minute Call to discuss your project.
-
With how far technology has come, we truly believe you can capture great video without needing to break the bank on gear, so we use what we teach in our tutorial videos.
Camera: iPhone 15 Plus or Sony Alpha ZV-E10
Lighting: A mix of natural light; Newer NL660 Lights; Fog machine; LEDs and more
Editing Software: We use Premiere Pro & Davinci Resolve
For larger projects we partner with our friend Mason @ Anchor Pictures
-
Based on the type of videos that we create, there isn’t really much need for us to use stock video. We will capture all shots including b-roll to use in your video while on shoot. However, stock video can be a real asset for you when doing your own videos, so during our consult we offer options and best practices for using it.
-
Similar to our audio royalty policy, we firmly believe that you the artist should keep as much of your royalties as possible.
Royalties don’t exist for music videos like they do for audio songs because videos are not usually being sold like songs are. So I guess thats the fancy way of saying that we do not take royalties for videos we create. We do ask that whenever possible you credit our team for producing the video if you can.
SONG WRITING FAQs
-
For reference, when I write & produce my own songs I give myself 7 days to finish the writing Song Writing Phase. But please remember, every song/project is different and comes with its own demands and challenges.
If I write a song for you, or co-write a song with you, I believe royalties should be split fairly between all parties involved, which in this case should be discussed and agreed upon in writing by both parties before work is begun.
In my opinion, merely offering feedback on your song does not constitute me receiving a royalty split unless otherwise discussed.
Royalty Agreements will be provided by StoryArc Creatives for all parties involved, and anyone using the songs for Commercial Purposes (i.e: uploading to streaming services, using in youtube videos) must abide by the Royalty Agreement.

BRANDING FAQs
-
As artists, we often resist the idea of 'defining' our brand, fearing it might limit our creativity or put our music in a box. At StoryArc Creatives, we believe the opposite—when branding is done right, it unlocks creative freedom and new opportunities. Your story is unique, and when you learn to express it authentically—not just through the songs you sing, but through visuals, colors, and words—you'll connect with a wider, more engaged audience
-
A website is a powerful tool for growing your audience and building deeper connections with your fans—while giving you full control over how you engage with them. Social media is great for discovery, but those platforms own your data and can remove your page at any time. With a website, you create a space you own, where fans can interact with you on your terms. Even a simple landing page to collect emails is a smart step toward long-term sustainability in your music career.
There are plenty of low cost options to get started collecting your fans information and you can easily upgrade as you need more options.

MARKETING FAQs
-
Running ad campaigns can be a powerful tool for growing your audience, but simply throwing money at ads without a strategy won’t get you the best results. We help you set clear, realistic goals—whether it’s increasing streams, followers, video views, or generating revenue from ads—so you can make the most of your investment. By prioritizing the right platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and Spotify Ads) and targeting the right audience, we ensure your ads work effectively to build long-term success.
-
We strive to provide affordable, professional marketing services that align with industry standards while remaining accessible to everyday artists. Our marketing packages are designed to offer cost-effective solutions, giving you a discount compared to purchasing each service individually—ensuring you get the most value while growing your music career.
-
Many companies list broad reach estimates for marketing and ad campaigns, and while there’s some truth to those numbers, they don’t tell the whole story. Reach and the right reach are two very different things. Our goal isn’t just to get your music in front of as many people as possible—it’s to connect you with true fans who will engage with your content and support your career long-term. After all, having 1,000 deeply engaged listeners is far more valuable than 1,000,000 passive fans who barely notice your music. For that reason, we stay away from promising numbers and spend more time helping you reach the right fans.
