Return & Refund Policy

At StoryArc Creatives, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, training, and creative services. Due to the nature of our services, we have the following refund and cancellation policies:

1. Coaching & Training Services

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Coaching and training sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

  • Refunds: Payments for coaching and training sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you purchase a multi-session package, refunds may be considered for unused sessions on a case-by-case basis.

2. Digital & Creative Services (Branding, Content Creation, Worship Tech Setup, etc.)

  • Project Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any creative service.

  • Revisions: Each service includes a set number of revisions (specified in your service agreement). Additional revisions may require an extra fee.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed creative work. However, if a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued minus the deposit.

3. Workshops, Courses, and Group Training

  • Cancellations: If you cannot attend a scheduled workshop or group training, you may request a credit toward a future session.

  • Refunds: Refunds are available only if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Within 7 days, refunds are not available, but we can transfer your credit to a future training.

4. Subscription & Membership Plans

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Access to content and benefits will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
