If you have found a different system that works for your team for scheduling and management then that is great! Every church and every team is different, so we take a look at what the needs are for your particular situation before recommending anything.
In our experience PCO is really the only integrated platform for worship service planning that allows you to legally share music, charts and other materials to help your team adequately prepare for you weekend services. But by all means its not the only way you can manage your teams.
Every church and worship team is unique, which is why we emphasize that multitracks should enhance worship, not replace key team members. Understanding your team’s strengths, needs, and congregation dynamics is essential in determining whether multitracks are the right fit for your worship experience. Our goal is to help you integrate them in a way that supports and elevates your team’s sound while keeping the heart of live worship at the center.
